Ingredients

Banana2 nos.

Coconut milk 1 1/2cups

Rice flour1tbs
-
Sugar2tbs
-
Cardamon powder1/2 tsp

Minced cashew 1tbs

Ghee 1tsp
Directions

In a heavy pan, heat the 1cup coconut milk, add sliced bananas, cook till soft.

Add the remaining half cup coconut milk and sugar to which the rice flour and cardamom powered is mixed.

Top with the cashews fried in ghee.
