Aam Ka Achaar - Mango Mustard Pickle

Raw mango season started we have 3 mango trees every year we get more than 100 kilograms of mangoes some we stew or preserve and we make different types of pickles now I would like to share this easy pickle recipe with you.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Raw mangoes - 10
  • Red Kashmir chili powder - 2 cup
  • Salt - 2 table spoons
  • Salt - 2 table spoons
  • Viniger 1 cup(We used coconut tody viniger)
  • Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoon
  • fenugreek seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Asafetida - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1/cup
  • Sesame oil 1 cup tbsp
Directions
  1. Cut mangoes in your desired size pieces
  2. Mix together mangoes with Viniger,oil, salt, chili powder, fenugreek ,Garlic ,mustard powder, and asafetida.
  3. Mix well and fill in dry airtight bottle.
  4. It keep a long time
