Rasberry Vanilla Pudding

Cant go wrong with this pudding for family or friend gatherings!!! You can adjust the sugar in this recipe to taste or dietary needs too!!! Ive been making this and works in the summertime after grilling or winter after a hearty stew dinner!!! Old and young alike love it :) —Gail Ann

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 10 ounces frozen rasberries, light syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
  1. Lightly butter or spray pam in a 1 quart baking dish.Put rasberries in the bottom of the dish, using liquid from rasberries.In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, light cream, flour, sugar and vanilla, pour over fruit..lightly sprinkle sugar over the top. Bake for 25 minutes in 375 degree oven and golden on top and sides
