Perfectly balanced, lightly sweet, with a pleasant hint of acidity—we set out to find vinegars that were downright drinkable, and found just that. Ours come from a three-generation family-run acetaia in Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy where they blend tradition and state-of-the-art technology to create so many vibrant, delicious vinegars using just a couple of ingredients. The very best vinegar, plain and simple.
Our Very Best Sweet White Vinegar is made with just two ingredients: white wine vinegar and grape must. It’s wood-aged for months, resulting in a well-rounded, perfectly balanced vinegar. Want to up the flavor profile? It comes in Thyme and Black Garlic, too.
