Perfectly balanced, lightly sweet, with a pleasant hint of acidity—we set out to find vinegars that were downright drinkable, and found just that. Ours come from a three-generation family-run acetaia in Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy where they blend tradition and state-of-the-art technology to create so many vibrant, delicious vinegars using just a couple of ingredients. Our Very Best Sweet White Vinegar with Thyme is made with just three ingredients: white wine vinegar, grape must, and thyme. It’s wood-aged for months, resulting in a well-rounded, perfectly balanced vinegar. Complete your collection with the original and Black Garlic flavors.

Ingredients:
White cooked grape must, white wine vinegar, 1.3% fresh thyme.
Contains sulphites.
