Take your chicken to new heights.

This Staub roaster is a winner winner if we do say so ourselves. Now you can cook your chicken or other poultry upright (yes, really), and it’ll end up juicy and evenly cooked with a crackly-golden skin, to boot. That’s because, while the oven’s heat is working on the outside, the large center spike is heating the center of your bird. The vertical roaster is made of enameled cast iron, which is incredibly durable and will stand up to roast after roast. It's also a real whiz at heat retention and distribution so you can be sure every bit of your bird is getting cooked evenly. It's safe to use with all heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, too for peace of mind. Your weeknight roast chicken just got a lot more foolproof.

Everything's golden.

Did you think we'd leave you hanging with nary a recipe? Not on our watch. Up next you'll find a picturesque lemon and onion roasted chicken, a spice-laden Persian variation with a story to tell, and a secret ingredient that'll take your next bird to a whole new level.
