One of the best quality bannetons I’ve used

Used this fir the first time the other day for gf sourdough. Size and materials are great. Will buy another one for double batches.

Pair it with a Staub for bread baking

Worth it!

So worthwhile if you are baking on a regular basis. They create a beautiful spiral pattern on the bread. My bread looks beautiful!

Perfection

You have to learn to flour them adequately otherwise your bread gets stuck in there, but once you figure it out its great! Makes my bread look professional. Easy to clean

Sparks joy

I think this does help with a second rise and it leaves beautiful lines on the bread.
I’m a beginning baker but using this basket only twice has made me happy. Will be getting another and possibly a rectangle. Very well made.

Just What I Wanted

This works so well - it requires very little flour and the dough comes out of it very easily. It was just what I was looking for. Now I’ll buy one in a smaller size since the 11” is for large loaves.

Dishwasher safe

Great size and dishwasher safe. Now I can cut meat and just put the cutting board in the dishwasher. And, it's made of natural fiber so much healthier than plastic.

This is a lovely product! It came in a cardboard box without anything covering it so I was hoping it might be covered with paper or plastic?

Great for sourdough

After getting into sourdough making, I thought I needed this to up my bread game and it totally did that. It truly helped the rising process, didn't stick, and gives a great swirl on the bread. Seems over-priced but worth it.

Terrible quality/annoyed to pay return shippi

This arrived cracked and is totally flimsy. I bought a better quality version on Amazon for half the price and it came with some impression designs, a fabric cover, and a dough scraper. Extra annoying to have to pay $8 to ship it back.
