Jumping the gun a bit- none of that stuff is really in season, even in a very mild climate- well, I do have a fair amount of tarragon up, and some carrots ready to harvest.

I guess it could be seen as more aspirational depending on your area. But we've started to cook with peas, asparagus, and rhubarb here :)

It does say "recipes toi make right now". I'm in the SF Bay area, which is pretty early. Still have some peppers coming in from last year's plants, but spring stuff is still a few weeks off.
