Emile Henry Ceramic Bread Cloche
Bakery-style loaves, at home.
This bread cloche grants you the power to turn out loaves of homemade bread or fresh dinner rolls with crispy-chewy crusts and soft insides on a whim. A bell-shaped cover allows you to proof your bread directly in the cloche, and the lid also traps steam while your loaf bakes, creating that gotta-have-it crust texture. The cloche is made of high-fired French Burgundy clay that’s designed to work with gas and electric cooktops up to 500°F—plus it’s oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe.
