The high quality carbon steel pan is coated with porcelain enamel, resulting in a slightly textured surface that’s oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe, so cleaning up is a cinch.

Care & Notes

Safe for use in oven.

Dishwasher safe. Avoid using abrasive materials on enamel surfaces. Don’t use abrasive cleansers or hard water stain removers on the surface. Remove stains and burned-on grease with a soap-filled plastic scouring pad or sponge.

Not recommended for use with metal utensils, as they may scratch the surface.

Enamel covering is strong and durable, but may chip if dropped or handled roughly. Chips do not affect functionality.
