We’ve got more than a few ideas for what you might pop in the oven housed in this lightweight enamel pan: ultra-moist Dark Chocolate and Walnut Zucchini Bread; Molly Yeh’s genius Dark Chocolate Marzipan Scone Loaf; and the pillowiest milk bread for sandwiches galore. The high quality carbon steel pan is coated with porcelain enamel, resulting in a slightly textured surface that’s oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe, so cleaning up is a cinch.
