I have to share how wonderful Food 52 and Vinglacé customer service handled my situation. The first cooler shipped out to me looked to have been used, returned and then shipped back out to me. There were red wine stains on the inside of the container and also on the rubber...Read More

I contacted Vinglace, and they wer quick to respond, but since they did not sell to me directly, I had to go back to Food52.
Customer service responded to me the same day, gave me a choice of how to resolve the problem and shipped me a brand new wine chiller the next day.

Lazy nights by the fire pit and the wine is chilled and the glasses are just as tasteful as the wine I'm drinking. These are great looking and keep your drink chilled - Love it

Live, Love, Love!

I love the Vin Glacé wine bottle cooler. I bought a set for myself. It really does keep your wine cold for hours. I have given it for gifts and my friends love it! The glass insert is so much better than plastic and doesn’t take away from the taste of the wine. I highly recommend this product!

Vinglace Wine Bottle cooler is the best!

I am very happy with the Vinglace Wine Bottle cooler! It keep my white and rose wines at the perfect temperature!
