Demeyere
Belgium
The century-old and family-run Demeyere is known for keeping its eyes on the future, as its stainless steel, ovenproof cookware is compatible with more than just electric stovetops (induction, halogen, ceramic, you name it). Made in Belgium, aka EU headquarters, it's only natural that its pared-down aesthetic makes them a standard pick for chefs all over Europe.

Hmmm. Could be better
It works pretty well, but their could have been a seal on the top so the smoke did not escape into the house. It did smell like smoke for a couple of days. Actually it covered the wet dog smell. Also, there was little to no information that came with the smoker. I had to look up on the internet for smoking times and other information that would have been helpful and easily included.
Best Salmon Ever
This smoker has been the perfect addition to our apartment kitchen. Like many who live in small spaces but love to BBQ where it’s not possible it’s nice to have this in our kitchen. We have made several things but a quick smoked salmon has been the best so far! It does not come with any info but there is plenty of info on YouTube that is very helpful! I have had no problems with this product.
Disappointed
I thought I was buying a high quality smoker from Demeyere from Belgium. The product looked nice but was actually made in Indonesia. Not happy about the deception. I have used it once to smoke some corn for a BBQ. It worked OK but it took hours to try and get it clean and the main pan was highly discolored after only once short use. All in all , a bust and I will not order from them again. After the disappointment, I looked on line and there are many better options available for less money
