Meet the foolproof pan that’s changing our flavor game for good. Never smoked anything before? That’s OK, we’ll walk you through it: Just toss in a few wood chips (mesquite is the most popular, but your call, really), top it off with the stainless steel insert, then add fish, poultry, brisket, potatoes, cheese, onions...you get the picture. The domed lid will keep all the good stuff inside while those chips work their magic. We give it extra points for being safe to use on all stovetops, oven-proof (up to 600°F!), and dishwasher-friendly.
