Questions? Contact us at [email protected]
- When will my e-gift card arrive? After you place your order, your gift card will arrive within 12 hours (but usually much quicker!). If you order your gift card to be sent on a specific date, it will arrive in your recipient's inbox around 11 A.M. EST on that day.
- How can I redeem my gift card? Gift cards can be used at food52.com/shop, on any item in the store. So shop around, select the item you’re interested in and use your gift card to pay for it. You can redeem the gift card in your user account under your credit history page or during checkout when you are ready to place your order. Once you have redeemed the gift card it will add the credit to your current balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then another with the remaining balance.
- Can I check my gift card balance? You can check the balance of your gift card or e-gift card at any time under your user account on your credit history page.
