Emile Henry
France
The secret behind Emile Henry's high-quality and stunning ceramic ovenware? French Burgundy clay, which slowly diffuses cooking heat to the center of the cooking dish and then retains it. Since 1850 from their original workshop in Burgundy, they've been helping cooks bake their crispiest loaves and stew up their most decadent dinners.

Love this!
This is the perfect way to drizzle olive oil on salad or pasta. The craftsmanship is superb. The color is rich and complements my new Food52 towels.
Beautiful and functional
I searched far and wide for the right olive oil cruet, and I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It doesn’t drip and pours perfectly. My only complaint is that there aren’t more color choices available.
Beautiful but not as blue as pictured
Works well but this is more gray-green blue than the provence blue color pictured. Pour is a bit inconsistent.
