I have a question about the recipe "Lamb Merguez" from MrsWheelbarrow.
What do you mean by "coil".
Aren't you making patties?

If you want to, merguez is beautiful when stuffed into casings and made into a large coil. You can grill the coil whole! But if all that seems like too much work? Just make patties and enjoy
