Has anyone tried this with coconut oil?

I have a question about the ingredient "Garbanzo Beans, Reserve 2 Tablespoons of Juice" on the recipe "Roasted Horseradish Hummus" from Table9.

When you buy a can of garbanzo beans the beans come submerged in garbanzo bean juice. You need to reserve 2 tablespoons of that juice to use if you feel, once mixed, your hummus is not the right consistency.
