I don't know how creative this is but I usually coat them with ras el hanout and pan sear them and serve with some quinoa or couscous with dried fruit and olives.

Otherwise, they would be nice grilled with some asian barbeque sauce and served with a slaw with: cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, onion, mint, soy or fish sauce, garlic, chile paste, and lime.
The ras el hanout idea sounds mouthwatering as well!
