A question about a recipe: Goan Prawn Masala

This looks so delicious! What type of vinegar is recommended? Also, should I use black or green cardamon pods? I can't wait to make this dish!

coconut vinegar?!? wow, that's a new one. can't wait to taste it. thanks, i'm going to make this next week

I used coconut vinegar or Apple cedar vinegar and green cardamom
