If so, here are two: <a href="http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/new-england-anadama-bread-recipe" target="_blank">http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/new-england-anadama-bread-recipe</a> <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/12/dining/124arex.html" target="_blank">http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/12/dining/124arex.html</a> Additionally, The Bakery Lane Cookbook has an excellent recipe.

The Anadama bread recipe from the Silver Palate is DELICIOUS!!! I never use creamed corn though -yuck, I put fresh/frozen organic homegrown corn into the measuring cup and cover it in cream for the substitute. I will post my recipe variation soon on my blog :) www.saucyvermont.com
