kjd, We don't currently post any data on nutrition and/or calories for our recipes but we are currently evaluating some technology that may allow us to display this information in the future. I hope that helps.
There are online tools to input the recipe -- and since many of us are busy changing details as we cook, it might might not be the same as the original.

That site was recommended by Merrill in a similar Hotline question.
I know its not perfect but MacGourmet Software has a backup database. You can input the recipe ingredients and their amounts and it will give you a calculation of calories, etc. I use for sodium content.
