I have a question about the recipe "Pasta Al Forno with Pumpkin and Pancetta" from merrill.

If using pumpkin puree instead of whole pumpkin, about how much puree should I use? Thanks!

In Step 4 of the recipe, it says that you'll need 2 cups to puree, and 1.5 cups to stir into the pasta.
