I have a question about the recipe "Harissa" from TasteFood. How long will this harissa keep in the fridge?
I have made harissa a few times using a few different formulations. It is a standard condiment like ketchup etc. I have kept it sealed in the fridge in clean glass jar for up to 6 months.
It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, however the flavors are best when used within 2 days.
