A question about a recipe: Julia Child's Tian de Courgettes au Riz (Zucchini Tian)

I have a question about the ingredient "plain, raw, untreated white rice" on the recipe "Julia Child's Tian de Courgettes au Riz (Zucchini Tian)" from Genius Recipes. What is "untreated" rice?

Guessing (hopefully someone else knows for sure): "regular" rice, not stuff that's been treated to quick cook (like minute rice).

...and not "converted" like Uncle Ben's. Probably not 'enriched' either -- a fallacy, of course.

I did not ask this question. Strangely, I am receiving answers. Perhaps these answers could be sent to the person who inquired.
