added 6 months agoI would make sure you have at least 2 cups at home before making the recipe. The reason there's not a specific amount given is that you need to shred and salt the zucchini first to extract some "zucchini juice." Measure this juice, and add enough milk so that you end up with 2 1/2 cups. Hope this makes sense.
