Godiva Chocolate

Is it just me or is their chocolate terrible? Whenever I eat a plain unadulterated piece of chocolate, with no filling to mask the taste, I am puzzled by how poor the quality seems to be

I completely agree. I used to like them until I moved to France and tried chocolate from local, family-run chocolate shops. Now I could never go back to Godiva.

Yep, it tastes like dirt and I've always thought that! As far as I'm concerned, the best chocolate I've ever tried is good ole' Valrhona
