Salsa Verde with Arugula?

I ony discovered salsa verde a few weeks ago when I made (and adored!)EmilyC's kale salsa verde. Now, I do not have kale or parsley, but I do have lots of baby arugula, as well as basil and mint. Any ideas on how a salsa verde would come out with any combination of those 3 items as a base? Thanks!

Sure, I'd try arugula in place of parsley. Because of its peppery bite, you might want to go easy on the ground pepper. Here's another recipe.

I would use like a vinaigrette so think about going lighter on the salsa
