Whst goes with devilled eggs on toast?

But I'm thinking to add a soup or something to make it a more satisfying meal. Any suggestion?

Salad. Use a mustard or shallot vinaigrette dressing.

Maybe a light (not creamy) tomato soup topped with fresh herbs.

For me, the devilled eggs are comforting and would be the center of the meal.
So I would avoid a complicated, multilayered soup whose flavors and textures might compete with the egg salad.
Instead, I'd go for a simple one-vegetable soup, or a good broth.
