Black Sesame, please point me in the right direction of preference, hulled, unhulled, roastedd or not.

Some bags of sesame don't specify and simply say black sesame.

Not to worry...the notes report success (including by recipe author) using various kinds. If you can find them, she recommends commercially toasted ones.
