Sunset recipe- Hi, I’ve been searching for this sunset recipe and book I had it but moved out of country Nd left it behind.. is this the exact recipe?

It’s likely not the exact recipe— the recipes we post here are supposed to be our own version, which is why the author said they adapted it. I tried to find the original recipe for you, but it must predate the internet. By far, the best zucchini bread I’ve ever made is this one from Alexandra Stafford. https://alexandracooks.com/2007/07/19/zucchini-bread/ You could leave out the cinnamon and add the zest of a lemon or two, and you’d have a really great modern version of zucchini bread with the flavor profile you’re looking for.
