Size pan for Banana Brunch Snack Cake?

I would love to make this, but I’m not sure what size pan to use.  8x8?  Thanks so much!

Agree, the quantities look like those for a standard banana loaf cake.Maybe the "snacking cake" reference is to purpose not looks.

Yes, it does seem so!  But it was that point (serving 2-4) that caused me to wonder about what kind of pan it would be to host a cake for 2 people! Thanks for your help!

2 to 4?!  The ingredients list shows standard quantities and ratios for a classic loaf of banana bread, perhaps with a bit more flour, and a touch of extra liquid, in the milk. I'd say this should satisfy 6 hungry guests, unless they happen to be teenagers, in which case of course, all bets are off. ;o)

Looking at the quantities of basic ingredients, listed I would use an 8" square, or 9" round cake pan - or a 9 x 5 loaf pan, if it didn't need to look like a "snacking cake."  (The recipe is quite similar to several banana bread recipes I've used.) ;o)
