I've had reward points pending for almost a month. When will they hit my account?

I made a purchase about 3 weeks ago that would get me to the next reward tier. Any idea how long it takes for pending points to hit the account??

Hi Dylan, great question! Points will be awarded 30 days after order is delivered. I see you placed two orders in late October. One point per dollar spent will be awarded on any non-returned items 30 days after delivery. If you have any further questions, send us a message at [email protected]. We'll be glad to assist!
