A question about a recipe: Eggplant Parmesan


I have a question about the recipe "Eggplant Parmesan" from Nancy Jo. Can the dish be assembled the night before, refrigerated, and then baked the next evening? Or would the eggplant get soggy? I'd love to know if anyone has tried making it in advance and has any advice to offer. Thanks!

Bake it - Let it cool - Heat it up the next day - will be even better!!
