A question about a recipe: Pear-Filled Cowboy Coffee Cake

Hi AntoniaJames, I made this cake yesterday and just love it. Thank you for the recipe! Just wondering: have you ever made it with apples instead of pears?

Actually I haven't, but you certainly could use apples. I'd cut the pieces into medium size slices and not chunks, to allow them to soften through a bit while baking. I'm so glad you liked it with pears!! ;o)
