Urgent! A question about a recipe: Herbed Chicken Thighs Roasted in a Paper Bag.

I have a question about the recipe "Herbed Chicken Thighs Roasted in a Paper Bag. " from Kukla. When you place the baking dish inside the brown paper bag, are you supposed to seal the bag as well or leave it partially open? Will a regular grocery store (e.g. Whole Foods or Trader Joes) brown bag do the job?

When you place the baking dish inside the brown paper bag, you should seal the bag. That is what allows for the cooking process. A regular grocery store bag will be fine. Enjoy!

These days you need to add brown paper bag to your shopping list, if you use reusuable cloth bags
