added over 1 year agoIt's okay from a health perspective, but sometimes you'll get a little bit of separation when you thaw and reheat. If you don't mind that, then go for it!

added over 1 year agoI agree with Merrill, I froze a batch of my root vegetable potage and it separated, not very appetizing looking I must say. It was perfectly good but I will never freeze it again.
