Red Quinoa Peach Porridge
Author Notes: Breakfast quinoa is really good! For this recipe I paired fresh peaches and red quinoa and added oatmeal for extra creaminess. - coconutlime
Serves 2
- 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup red quinoa
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- Place the quinoa, peaches and water in a small saucepan. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Add the oatmeal and milk. Cook until the oats are tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
