Mandarin Orange Jello with Lemon Pudding

This is a recipe that I made with my mom growing up. It was a recipe that we made for springtime holidays, birthdays and family dinners. This recipe has now become one of my kids favorite recipes to help make! —fivelittlechefs

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Mandarin Orange Jello
  • 1 packet Orange Jello
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Lemon Pudding
  • 1 packet large pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 1 cup cool whip
Directions
  1. Mandarin Orange Jello
  2. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  3. Add orange juice concentrate and stir until dissolved.
  4. Chill until set.
  1. Lemon Pudding
  2. Prepare pudding as directed for pie filling
  3. Stir in cool whip until combined
  4. Chill in fridge till set
  5. Pour over set orange Jello
  6. Serve immediately or chill in fridge until ready to serve.

Skipped the pineapple and added the liquid of mandarin oranges as part of my 2 c cold liquid for jello. Looks pretty in the trifle dish!

This looks good but the sizes of things aren't here. Do these go into small dishes. What size cans of the mandarin oranges
