- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 pinch pepper
- Shred a carrot and chop parsley
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, grated garlic and parsley
- Mix carrot and dressing
