Carrot Salad with balsamic dressing
Author Notes: It's easy, quick and delicious. It goes well with wine. If you like, you can add nuts, raisins. If you put carrot salad between sliced bread, it will be a nice lunch. You will be absolutely charmed by balasamic vinegar. - Anthea Hanako
Serves 2
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 pinch pepper
- Shred a carrot and chop parsley
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, grated garlic and parsley
- Mix carrot and dressing
