Michael Kurtz launched his company selling chile-infused honey after discovering a similar condiment on a trekking trip in Brazil. He'd tasted a spicy honey at a tiny pizzeria and knew he needed to bring the same taste back to Brooklyn. He created his own version for pizza, but there are few things we don't think it pairs well with.
