Our Latest Contest: Your Best Recipe with Scallions

Now that it's officially spring, we have greens on our minds. Pretty ramps! Delicate pea shoots! Tender asparagus! So as we eagerly wait for the bounty of fresh produce to fill our markets, we're easing in with scallions -- the work horse of green garnishes and beyond. They show up, do their job, and they do it well, keeping us company through transitioning seasons. From the deep green ends to the translucent roots, we want to see how you tip your hats to the scallion.
