There are some foods that we only eat on holidays -- king cake on Mardi Gras, chocolate covered matzo on Passover -- and there are other foods that we just can't save for special occasions. Burritos, nachos, tacos, and guacamole fit into the latter category.
So while Cinco de Mayo was this past Monday, we will be eating Mexican and Tex-Mex foods on Nueve de Mayo, Diez de Mayo, and into the future. And when we don't have time to mash avocados or roast corn, we will turn to your pictures to keep us satisfied:
