It is so cool to test a recipe that you know will be "yours". Check out "Sweet, Salty, Spicy".Uh-huh!

Thanks for the nice review, ECmtl! I love your addition of avocado, and I want to add that since I submitted the recipe I have also made the corn and tomato salad with cubes of feta cheese.

I am thrilled that my recipe is an EP!!
