Juicing always seems like a good idea, in theory, but we usually just end up picking up a bottle of juice at the corner market and skipping the fuss and mess of making it ourselves. But with the right equipment, juicing at home is quick, easy, and cost-effective. Plus, by doing it ourselves, we reserve the right to choose our own ingredients and flavor combinations -- and to do it all while wearing our pajamas.

Today, Brette shows us how to make bright, flavorful green juice without a recipe. It's a great way to use up leftover fruit and vegetables, prepare weekday breakfasts in advance, or throw together an effortless afternoon snack with whatever you have on hand. So skip the store this time, and use the juicing attachment for your food processor to put that "good idea" into practice.
