We found them making this Not Sad Desk Lunch, and all you'll need to replicate it is some Genius marinated zucchini (make this for dinner the night before and you'll have plenty leftover), a big scoop of yogurt, a healthy drizzle of olive oil, and a couple of leaves of fresh basil. That's it! (But some warm pita would be a good addition, too.)
