With Merrill away on her belated honeymoon, Amanda is left to sizzle lardons and caramelize apples on her own for wanderash's luscious Not-Too-Virtuous Salad with Caramelized Apple Vinaigrette (things could be worse).

This week's videos were once again shot and edited by filmmaker Elena Parker. For more apple salad inspiration, go here.

Caramelized appels might be my top of the list of favorites------and to make it into a salad
sounds dynamite!!! I could even eat it for desert-----if I could wait that long.
