We partnered with Kashi to bring you our latest #f52contest, Your Best Blends—so it's time to show off your smoothies, soups, mash-ups, and beyond.

Small acts of transformation—turning herbs into pesto, tomatoes into salsa, everything in the refrigerator into a soup, everything in the freezer into a smoothie—always feel sort of magical. Take one thing and turn it into another, something much greater than its individual parts (coconut milk? bright herbs? protein powder? lemon juice?) might have suggested.
