The Moscow Mule is famous for a reason: It's a snap to make and easy to riff on. We're celebrating the cocktail's 75th anniversary with Smirnoff Vodka—they invented the drink, after all!—and this Friday, October 28, we'll kick off a week of Mules on Instagram.
If only every day could be filled with ice-cold Moscow Mules. The partnership between lime and ginger beer is enough to make us pine for 5 p.m., wishing happy hour was just a mere hour away. But we can dream, right?
This week, we want you to share your own Moscow Mules! Show us your cocktails by taking a photo and tagging it #f52grams and #SmirnoffMuleContest, and follow @SmirnoffUS on Instagram (if you do not already). We'll be regramming our favorites and giving out prizes every day, like copper Mule cups and cocktail shakers for daily favorites, and a cocktail kit full of goods from Smirnoff and our Shop for the big winner (who'll also be spotlighted in a Q&A with Food52!).
