Editors' Picks — Mushrooms
Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.
We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

Would it be possible for someone else to volunteer for this recipe (Mama's morels fried in butter) for the editors pick please?... I'm looking for fresh morels, but haven't found any so far ( Plan to check out any weekend farmers markets as well), but It would be terrible if I'm unable to test these before tuesday, In the event i get my hands on some, i'll definitely post my tasting notes in the comments
Thanks so much!!

That heirloom bean and mushroom stew immediately caught my eye this afternoon, but I called around and NO ONE in my area carries Christmas Lima Beans! Boo.

Thanks for the commas - those were some pretty exotic-sounding recipes without the punctuation ;) I will test the Hot Mushroom Salad as a starter for our Easter lunch.

We only have one official tester per recipe and cinnamongirl already called dibs on the couscous but if you want to try the couscous recipe and enter your notes in the comments section for the recipe, that's fine. And there are other mushrooms recipes still up for dibs if you'd like to test one.
