Thank you for the nomination, and thanks Vrunka for the lovely testing note. You're right - it does make a LOT of challah. But at the rate my kids eat this stuff, it's never enough!

Such a lovely compilation. Many thanks to Sticksandscones for the review on 21 Years of Carrot Cake. I agree with her take on the icing, it's a bit finicky... still trying to master!

In a perfect world, I would be in a huge, wonderfully equipped kitchen with unlimited resources and the ability to test-drive all these amazing recipes! Simultaneously! What an amazing assortment; looking forward to trying them out one by one .....
