Or, you know, a casual friendly reminder: You’ve got 2 days and 7 hours left to submit to our current recipe contest. The theme this time around the riverbend: Grilling.

A few clues on what we’re looking for: Old favorites and new classics alike. Gas or charcoal, all good. Grill pans, too! Foil-wrapped anything—why not? And, of course, dramatic char and smoky flavor.
